Q. What am I responsible to pay in the event of a claim?
A. Insurance policies have a co-pay amount which is the responsibility of the insured (property owner) to pay. Co-payments usually range from $250-$1000. If you aren't sure of the amount of your co-payment, contact your insurance agent.

After your insurance company determines the total amount for the claim, it will typically pay the claim minus the copayment.   For instance, if you have a loss of $3000 and your copayment is $250, your insurance company will issue a check for $2750.   You, the insured, are responsible for the copayment.

Q. How do I know if I should file a claim?
A.It is our goal to make the claims process as easy as possible.  

Q. Can I still use A & E Flood Services if I don't have insurance or don't want to file a claim?
A. Yes. A & E Flood Services works with all property owners with or without insurance.
